Responsibilities
- All communications to internal stakeholders; Liaison (Point of Contact) from the technology team for conversations with other internal stakeholders such as Environmental sustainability, Product Environmental compliance, IT, Business Units, etc.
- Reporting / Presenting / Webinars etc. to stakeholders (including preparing reports / presentations).
- Maintain team’s SharePoint content

- Liaise with different teams within P2P Ops and provide support on their queries related to
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Order
- Vendor onboarding
- CAFAE
- Invoices/ Rush payment
- Maintain close contact with power users / business partners, Technology, and other interface groups to resolve the query on priority
- Respond to calls and email queries within the agreed SLA timelines with a strong hold on the sentiment
- Ensure compliance with American Express policies and procedures
