Position Name – Junior Analyst
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with Sales, Trading, and Infrastructure teams to support the various Fixed Income business Client Management efforts, particularly focused on sales and cross-product initiatives.
- Monitor daily production and trades for reasonableness and data quality of sales credits.
- Manage daily sales credit processes including amendment requests and journals.
- Manage day to day research management processes, client queries and relationship management.
- Reconciliation and coding of trading related invoices (e.g., brokerage, clearing, execution fees).
- Help improve and manage our data quality processes across our CRM (client relationship management) platform
- Analyze data sets to help identify potential challenges and conceptualize solutions to streamline operations.
- Create management reporting and develop business requirements documents.
- Work with the COO Team to analyze and monitor developing trends and create reporting across various metrics.
Eligibility for Jefferies Group Recruitment Drive 2023
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance preferable.
- Expert with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications is required.
- Excellent communication skills. Keen attention to detail.
- A confident communicator: able to face off with heads of sales desks and senior management, explaining facts clearly, communicates confidently and effectively across teams
- Keen attention to detail; highly organized, energetic, and enthusiastic, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently, organize time and produce results.
- Sound understanding of Business & Client Management.
